  66. SVList is a mailing list server designed for use with any PC running
  67. Windows 95 and having a SMTP mail account with an Internet service
  68. provider. You can easily set up your own mail list.

  71. - Can be setup to use any SMTP/POP3 mail account.
  72. - Supports Mail List and List Digest functions. Mail list members get
  73.   list messages as they come into the server, digest members get a
  74.   periodic single mail message with all the incoming messages in it.
  75. - Simple command set: SUBSCRIBE, UNSUBSCRIBE, DIGEST SUBSCRIBE, DIGEST
